Easi-Livin' Home Mortgage Loan is a housing loan program of the Bank which caters to the individual borrower who wishes to provide a home for his family. The program is also for re-financing and property investment maximization.

Minimum Loan Amount: Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 400, 000.00)
Maximum Loan Amount: 
Twenty Five Million Pesos (PhP 25,000,000.)


Eligibility Requirements:

For individuals, at least 21 y/o but not more than 65 y/o upon loan maturity

Must be a Filipino citizen. A foreigner may qualify if loan purpose is acquisition of a condominium unit and subject to the following:
               -married to a Filipino, and
               -with at least two (2) years of continuous residency in the Philippines at the time of the loan application;
For OFWs, he/she must appoint a loan administrator ("Attorney In Fact") to negotiate or transact in the Bank on his/her behalf. The appointed administrator must meet the following criteria:

               -Must be a Filipino residing in the Philippines
               -Relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity

If a Co-maker and/or Co-borrower shall be required to support the Borrower's loan application, these parties must meet the following:

               If Borrower is married, the spouse is required to be the Co-maker and/or Co-borrower
               If Borrower is single,  

                -must be Filipino residing in the Philippines,
                -relative up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, and with capacity to repay

Income Amount Requirement:     Combined or Family Gross Monthly Income (GMI) of at least PhP 30,000

Collateral Requirements:             The loan shall be secured by a first mortgage lien in favor of the Bank on the
                                                         property to be financed.

                                                         Life Insurance /Mortgage Redemption Insurance
                                                         HGC cover (if applicable and needed under insurance coverage)
Mode of Payment:                          Automated Debit Arrangement (ADA) with CBS
                                                         Post - dated Checks (PDCs)
                                                         Over - the - counter (OTC) at any CBS Branch
Fees and Charges:                       All charges and incidental expenses are for the account of the Borrower, such as
                                                        but not limited to the following:

                                                        •    Appraisal Fee
                                                        •    Processing Fee
                                                        •    REM Registration/Miscellaneous Fees
                                                        •    Documentary Stamps on Promissory Note
                                                        •    Mortgage Redemption Insurance
                                                        •    Fire Insurance Premiums (if applicable)
