C. Multi-Purpose Loan: Subject to unit appraisal cash loan with vehicle as collateral

D. Reimbursement: Brand new within 40 days from delivery or acquisition


Downpayment and Terms

A. Brand New: Min. 20% DP, 12-60 mos.

B. Second Hand/ Pre-owned: Min. 20% DP, 12-36 mos. (depending on age of unit)

C. Multi-Purpose Loan: Min. 20% DP, 12-36 mos. (depending on age of unit)

D. Reimbursement: Min. 20% DP,12-60 mos.


Borrower Eligibility

Applicant Type: Individual Borrowers / Single Proprietors / Partnership / Corporations

Purpose of Loan: Personal or Private / Business

Age: 21 to 65 years old upon loan maturity

Citizenship: Filipino Citizens / Foreigners residing in the country for at least two (2) years and have complete and legitimate immigration documents (i.e. ACR/OR)


Geographic Score:                      Applicant should be residing or working within the service areas of CBS

BIR Form 2316 for the latest Taxable Year of the borrower and co-maker, if applicable.

Latest Certificate/Contract of Employment (COE) with Compensation details or Latest 2 months Pay slips

Original Proof of Billing (i.e. MERALCO, PLDT, Manila Water, Maynilad)


Self-Employed Borrowers:

BIR Form 1701/1700 (with AFS) for the latest Taxable Year of the borrower and co-maker, if applicable.

Latest Business Registration (DTI, Mayor’s Permit or SEC)

Original Proof of Billing (i.e. MERALCO, PLDT, Manila Water, Maynilad)


Corporate Borrowers:

BIR Form 1702 (with Audited Financial Statements) for the latest Taxable Year.

SEC Papers (SEC Certificate, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws)
