The Department of Education has authorized CBS China Bank Savings to offer Easi-APD loan top-ups to public school teachers and staff in the government-declared calamity areas hit by heightened Habagat.
"We are ready to extend immediate financing so DepEd personnel and their families can overcome their difficulties and quickly get back on their feet," said Niel C. Jumawan, APD Lending Group Head. "Having experienced the impact of the Habagat and the flooding, CBS employees understand the urgency of getting funds to where they can make the biggest difference."
The multi-purpose Easi-APD top-up loan offers up to P1-million in financing, with a longer term of up to five years and lower interest rates. The period to avail the emergency loan is within three months from
July 25, 2025.

Borrowers can avail of the Easi-APD top-up loan from CBS APD Lending Centers and Branch-Lite Units until
October 25, 2025. These offices are open Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
