PHirst Park Homes, first home buyer brand of Century Properties Group and Mitsubishi Corporation, hailed CBS China Bank Savings as their lead financing partner during the PHirst Park Homes 2021 ‘Iconic’ Midpoint Prime Awards held virtually.
CBS was named Top Housing Loan Financing Partner during the 2021 mid-year PPHI Sales Awards night. CBS bested established universal banks by booking 1.1 billion pesos in loans during the first half of 2021. CBS successfully financed 739 units this period.

CPG reported that PHirst's reservation sales rose by 38 percent in January to June to P4.4 billion from P3.2 billion in the same period last year.
