Data Privacy Consent

I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the Data Privacy Notice of China Bank Savings Inc. provided in https://www.cbs.com.ph/about/Privacy_Policy.aspx. I therefore consent to the collection, use, processing, storage and retention of my personal, sensitive personal and privileged information, whether voluntarily provided by me or coming to China Bank Savings Inc.’s possession, by Chinabank Group (refers to China Banking Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates: Chinabank Insurance Brokers, Inc., China Bank Securities Corporation, China Bank Capital Corporation, China Bank Savings, Inc., China Bank Properties and Computer Center, Inc., Manulife-China Bank Life Assurance Corporation) for purposes stated in the Data Privacy Notice. I further agree and authorize Chinabank Group to share or disclose my personal, sensitive personal and privileged information to the relevant government agencies and accredited third parties/vendors, service providers, or other persons or entities as reasonably necessary for the proper execution of processes related to the said purposes. I acknowledge my rights as a data subject as provided under the law. I understand that I shall notify China Bank Saving Inc.’s Data Privacy Office in writing if I wish to withdraw my herein consent.
