  • Notarized contract to sell
  • Owner’s copy of TCT/CCT
  • Tax Declaration and Tax Receipt/Clearance on Land and Improvement on the unit subject to the CTS purchase
  • Updated Buyer’s Payment Ledger
  • Buyer Information Sheet
  • Valid ID
