Eligibility

• The CBS Auto Loan Free Gas Promo is open to all auto loans availed or subsequently approved applications and collateral vehicles released from November 11, 2019 to February 29, 2020.
• Loan term must be 60 months.
• All auto loan applications must be received by CBS branches or Customer Experience Management only. Applicants from partner agents or dealers are excluded from the promo.
• Minimum loan amount shall be P700,000 in accordance with prevailing bank policies.
• All employees of China Bank, CBS China Bank Savings, other subsidiaries, accredited service partners, events and advertising agency partners, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in the promo.

General Mechanics

• Auto loan application shall be intended for a brand new car and for private use only.
• Gas incentives shall be in a form of Petron E-Fuel Cards with the corresponding amount:
• Failure to claim the E-Fuel cards within 60 days from the date the customer has been informed about its availability shall be considered claimed, with the approval of DTI.
• The E-Fuel Cards are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
• Neither CBS nor its partner suppliers shall be held accountable should the customer lose or cause damage to the E-Fuel Cards, which may affect its validity.
• CBS and its partner merchant reserve the right to refuse the redemption and use of the E-Fuel Card should disputes arise in concurrence with DTI.
• All applications for this promotional effort shall undergo standard evaluation and approval process of CBS Auto Loans Department.
• By joining this promo, depositors confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.

Claiming of E-Fuel Cards

• The qualified borrowers shall be notified via SMS, based on the contact information they provided to the branch.
• The qualified borrowers shall sign a promo conforme when claiming the E-Fuel Cards.
• Client shall claim the E-Fuel Cards from the branch manager assigned to the customer or branch.
• The 20% tax for E-Fuel Cards exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by CBS.
