The Board is transparent and fair in the conduct of the annual and special stockholders' meetings of the Bank. The stockholders are encouraged to personally attend such meetings by sending the Notice of Annual and Special Shareholders'/Members' Meeting with sufficient and relevant information at least 21 days before the meeting . In case they cannot come, the Office of the Corporate Secretary should apprise them of their right to appoint a proxy.
