CBS continues aggressive VisMin expansion

November 04, 2024 CBS China Bank Savings is embarking on an ambitious expansion plan in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, opening new branches to better serve local communities. New branches will be established in New Pandan, Panabo City in Davao del Norte, and the South Coast Center in Talisay City, Cebu. Additionally, CBS is upgrading its Davao-Toril branch by relocating it to a more accessible location in the G Mall of Toril. The two branches in the Davao region are set to open on November 7 and 8, respectively, while the Talisay branch in Cebu will open on November 18. “We continue to celebrate CBS’ growth in the VisMin region as we unveil these new, more optimized spaces designed to better serve our clients and partners," said CBS President James Christian T. Dee. "The VisMin region has a lot to offer the Filipino community. With its range of industries, rich cultural heritage, and world-famous tourist destinations, VisMin plays a vital part in the economy.” This expansion program will result in a total of 73 branches, APD loan centers, and branch-lites in the VisMin region. Overall, CBS will have 170 regular branches nationwide, supported by over 100 APD loan centers and branch-lites, and 216 ATMs.
