FVP Jumawan added that since the launch of their partnership with DepEd in 2016, CBS has actively supported and participated in many key DepEd programs centered not only on learners but also on their teachers, among which is the National Teachers Day celebration. “CBS has awarded over 45 million pesos worth of prizes and tokens to teachers attending DepEd’s National Teachers Day celebration over the past five years,” he said. “We salute all Filipino educators, especially the teachers in the countryside and in challenged areas such as the ‘last mile schools’,” FVP Jumawan noted. “Your tireless service to ensure the welfare of the broader community has not gone unnoticed. Because of your patient labors in and outside your classrooms, our nation stands on the cusp of a great beginning.” IMG20251006163612_02
