CBS will never ask for your login credentials (password, ATM PIN) by SMS, email or phone call.
TO BE SAFE
1. Do not give personal information such as your card number, user name, password, ATM PIN and one-time PIN (OTP) to anyone.
2. Do not click on links sent through text or email to verify your account as these are bogus links to steal your personal information.
3. If you receive such text or email, please report it immediately to CBS China Bank Savings: helpdesk.cbs@chinabank.ph or call our 24-Hour ATM Hotline at (632) 88847638, 88847878 and 88847622 from Monday to Sunday.
