CBS China Bank Savings continues to beef up its ATM network, installing two ATMs in August to bring its ATM network to 260 nationwide. The new ATMs are in offsite locations in Tanauan, Batangas and Panglao, Bohol. In the past four months, the Bank has added a total of 11 ATMs, six of which in June alone. The new CBS ATMs are in Calabarzon, Central Luzon, Mimaropa, Visayas, and Mindanao.
“CBS gives significant attention to those areas outside main urban corridors. As a result of our aggressive digital banking expansion program, our ATM service area now includes places like Tabuk in Northern Luzon’s Cordillera region, Puerto Princesa in Palawan, and Tubod in Lanao del Norte,” Digital Business and Banking Group Head Adonis Yap said.
The Bank's ATM network reached 200 machines in the last quarter of 2023. In less than two years, CBS has added 60 ATMs. “Many of these ATMs are deployed in branch-lite units and offsite locations in response to the demand for these services by our more than one million CBS customers as well as the general public,” he said, noting that the offsite ATMs help increase the visibility of the CBS brand in hospitals, power companies, industrial parks, and commercial sites.
The continued deployment of ATMs is a testament to CBS' dedication to improving its services and expanding its reach to better serve its customers. The Bank remains committed to its mission of providing accessible and convenient banking solutions to all its clients.
