CBS China Bank Savings Strengthens Housing Loan Partnerships Nationwide
For the past week, CBS China Bank Savings (CBS) through its Consumer Lending – Housing Loans Division (HLD) actively strengthened partnerships and expanded its market presence through a series of consultations, sales activities, and developer engagements across key locations nationwide.
On January 21, 2026, a simultaneous housing loan consultation was conducted in partnership with Primary Homes Inc. for prospective homebuyers. The activity focused on discussing CBS housing loan products and how the Bank can assist clients in financing their dream homes. The consultations were held in Mactan, Cebu, led by Karen Jane F. Zoleta - Channel Head CLG Visayas and Marimar I Arellano - Marketing Assistant HLD Cebu; Tagbilaran, Bohol, facilitated by Neleveth Lyn J. Tuban - Account Officer HLD Cebu; and Dumaguete, handled by Shainna Mae W Avila - Marketing Assistant HLD Dumaguete.
On the same day, Ms. Neleveth Lyn J. Tuban was recognized for her outstanding performance, receiving the Madiskarte Award from Cebu Landmasters and a Certificate of Appreciation from Primary Homes Inc., highlighting CBS’ strong collaboration with key developers and partners.
Continuing its momentum, on January 23, 2026, the Home Loans Department 1 Sales Team, headed by Mr. Jose Chino Castro (Department Head), together with Sales Account Officers Nikko Letada, John Darrel De Ramos, Sharmaine Fernandez, and Shenalyn Reyes, conducted a broker saturation and product briefing for SMDC brokers at SM Mall of Asia, highlighting CBS Home Loan advantages and incentive programs.
Capping off the week’s activities, on January 25, 2026, CBS participated in the Grand Open House of Ananda Square in Las Piñas, the latest project of Cathay Land Inc. The Home Loans Department Dev 2 Sales Team, headed by Cristine Anne Evora (Department Head), together with Mae Joy Tabing (Account Officer) and Micca Gayle Adora (Marketing Assistant), conducted a developer orientation and product briefing among brokers and buyers during the event, highlighting CBS Home Loan advantages and its latest competitive rates.
