CBS strengthens ties with SME sector nationwide

To deepen partnerships with entrepreneurs, thrift bank leader CBS China Bank Savings is stepping up its nationwide SME Kapihan advocacy tour. CBS SME Kapihans are by-invitation events, the most recent of which were held in the Visayas and Metro Manila.
This development initiative by CBS enables small and medium-scale entrepreneurs, industry experts, and banking professionals to exchange insights, share business experiences, and expand their networks within the local SME community.
The SME Kapihan in Ormoc City (above) took place on October 14 at the Mauro Cafe in Carlosta Hotel, a day ahead of the opening of the opening of the Bank's 172nd branch in the city.
In Pasig City (bottom of page), CBS hosted an SME Kapihan at Café de Esa in Caniogan on October 22. The event was organized with the Taguig chapter of BNI Rise, a 40-year-old business and professional networking organization. The SME Kapihan was attended by representatives from 18 industries and trades in the area.
CBS SME Lending Group announced that the next CBS SME Kapihan will be held in Batangas in November. The nationwide SME Kapihan roadshow kicked off in Pangasinan in May this year.
