The donation was formally received by Education Secretary Sonny Angara, who acknowledged the valuable support from the private sector in bolstering DepEd’s programs. He affirmed the bank’s readiness to take part in upcoming DepEd programs, including Brigada Eskwela and other projects focused on student engagement and teacher support, especially in underserved communities.
