Recently, CBS
Consumer Lending Group -
Housing Loans Visayas took part in the pilot
CLI Homefest road show, which kicked off at Base Line Cebu in Cebu City on May 11. The road show continued with stops at Citadines in Bacolod City on
May 18 and the Iloilo Convention Center in Iloilo City on May 25. Through its collaboration with CLI, CBS aims to generate new business opportunities with one of the leading property developers in the Visayas-Mindanao region. This collaboration follows CLI's successful maiden bond issue, which provided the company with P5 billion in fresh funds to support its expansion plans in these key markets.

The sales activities at CLI Homefest attracted numerous prospective homeowners and investors seeking properties in CLI's diverse range of projects, including condominiums, subdivisions, and beach town residences. CBS was present to address inquiries about home financing and other related
banking products and services.
"
China Bank Savings shares CLI's optimism about the prospects of the property market in the Visayas and Mindanao," according to CLG deputy head Kristine Michele C. Broadhurst. "We look forward to working closely with CLI, informing our own customers about their projects, and making CLI properties available to prospective owners."
