CBS is PPHI Top Finance Partner for 6th Consecutive Year

For a sixth year in a row, CBS China Bank Savings was hailed the Top Finance Partner of PHirst Park Homes, Inc., besting the country’s largest banks. CBS successfully loaned over P6.4 billion to over 2,686 homebuyers in these communities in 2024.
“We are deeply honored by the continued trust and confidence of PHirst Park Homes and the PPHI homeowners in the CBS Home Loan brand,” according to CBS Housing Loans Division deputy head Jane Casey S. De Castro, who received the award on behalf of the Bank. "We were together at the start and we look forward to helping more home owners secure their dream homes."
The trophy was presented to the CBS Housing Loans Division at the Phirst Olympus 2025 Annual Sales Awards held at the Shangri-La at the Fort in Bonifacio Global City last month. CBS first captured the top PPHI lender award in the 2019 sales campaign.
